Nature’s Helper’s Marc Castoriano helped us to get our trees and plants healthy. Marc made us realize the damage we caused our trees from past years of barking (we had about 5 inches or more of bark around our trees and shrubs). Marc dug into a barked area in our garden and found that we mistakenly covered the ground covering in that area. He has even pushed back compost and bark that we had placed too close to our trees. I could tell he wasn’t too happy that so much bark was placed around our plants; however, this only helped to build my confidence that we had the right arborist. Marc has a great passion for his work. He truly cares about keeping trees and plants healthy. It is his passion for his work that assures me that he really knows what he is talking about.
Marc helped us to understand the need to properly care for our trees. He explained things and made sure we understood. Marc worked with our schedule and often told us to let him know when we are ready to follow through with his suggestions. There is never any pressure to do something so we always felt comfortable with him.
Knowing that we have two young children, Marc had his team literally scale great heights to remove all problematic branches from the trees in our wooded area to ensure they wouldn’t fall on our kids. Marc has also taught us the need to use the right compost to promote healthy trees and plants.
Our relationship with Nature’s Helper and Marc Castoriano is just beginning. There’s still much work to be done to our landscape and flower beds. You can be sure to find Marc in our garden with each of our gardening projects.

THANK YOU MARC!!
You have changed my life! Because of a recommendation by a co- worker, I called you and J.J., help me with our enormous back yard. You removed an eyesore – a 14-foot diseased tree. In order to get to it, you had to take out part of our fence, back your truck down a neighbor's steep driveway (after asking their permission, of course), lace up ropes to the tree, and pull. I wasn't home but my husband was and he said it was quite a show. You put the fence back in perfect order, and cleaned up so no one even knew you had been there. You planted a new and more appropriate tree in the site. THEN, and here's the best part, you dropped off huge bags of compost and two flats of starts. Then you put little flags around the yard where I was to work in the compost and plant the new starts. I could do all that myself. I don't even have to think about planning my landscape any more and you don't KNOW what a relief that is! Additionally, you added a sprinkling system in the lower half of our enormous back yard so I don't have to drag hoses around any more. You sprayed for bugs, too. You'll be back in 6 weeks, spray again, drop off more starts and more compost and will continue coming every 6 weeks through October. I'm so excited. Feel free to add my name in any future recommendations you list. I couldn't be happier!
THANK YOU!!!

Marc Castoriano of Nature's Helper Northwest, and his crew have done wonderful work with my trees and other garden needs. Soil analysis, rebuilding and composting, as well as organic tree care and insect control are some of the wonderful work they do. I have nothing but praise for their work!

Nature’s Helper N W successfully performed a complex landscaping project for me at the end of last year. All the people involved were friendly and professional. The owner, Marc Castoriano, was both energetic and knowledgeable. The foreman, “JJ”, did and excellent job of adapting the landscape ideas to make them a reality. The workmanship was high quality and professional. The result was especially impressive given the adverse conditions under which this project was carried out.
I would recommend this company to anyone considering a landscape project or planting project. They also helped in preserving an old, large evergreen tree.

Dear Mr. Castoriano,
Thank you very much for the part you played in the rescue of the historic cherry trees from the Bainbridge Hight School grounds. Olaf Riberio informed us of the four long work days you and your crew spent to prepare and move the trees. The transplanting of such huge trees would not have been possible without your work.
Your involvement in saving the trees is another testament to this and is very much appreciated. Please extend our gratitude to you rcrew.
Sincerely, Lilly Kodama
